Visit Oxfordshire are delighted to assist in suggesting or arranging itineraries for tour operators and travel writers visiting Oxford and Oxfordshire. We work with VisitBritain, VisitEngland and Tourism South East who vet and refer journalists to Visit Oxfordshire. We are also approached by journalists direct.
To facilitate arrangements journalists are asked to provide as much information as possible on their requirements and brief. This information is passed to the Partners who are invited to host a visit.
Visit Oxfordshire also deal with general press enquiries - often several in one day.

Visit Oxfordshire are pleased to assist with requests to film in Oxford and Oxfordshire where the aim is primarily tourism promotion. It may be possible for the on-street filming fee to be waived. Each request is considered individually. The colleges and University normally charge a fee for filming.
Visit Oxfordshire holds high resolution images of both Oxford and Oxfordshire which may be used free of charge provided that the correct credit is given and that a hard and/or e-copy of the item is sent to Visit Oxfordshire on publication. Email request to images@visitoxfordshire.org
